Even if Joe and most of the starters rest next week I think Chase gets the 11 receiving yards he needs to break Chad's single season team record of 1440.

In 1981 he had 708 receiving yards and 3 interceptions.
Over his career he scored tds receiving, rushing, returning punts, and returning kick offs.

They still have single season records on a "per game" basis, but there will be no asterisks on "season total" records just because we now have a 17 game season.
