When I start my AAFL

All American Football League.

Just want 8 teams, the more teams ya have the less talent you have.

All kickoffs will be returned, it's an exciting play make it more exciting. If nine yards deep, oh well.

Holding is allowed on all special teams plays, only a bear hug gets a flag.

Field goals only allowed inside the final two minutes of the half/game.

Only one foot in bounds like the college game for a reception. Pass interference like the college game.

Everybody makes the same $$$$, no agents needed. All contracts three seasons.

Looking to get all those NAIA, HBCU, DII DIII athletes.

you should shrink the field too and. give 5 pts for a FG over 55yds

Would you believe I thought of exactly that  5 pts over 55yds. Then thought....nay!   But you've changed my mind.

you can also think about TD plays over 25 yds -8pts, over 50 yds -10 pts etc

Sounds like you're setting up the "All-Injury" football league.  You might run out of players by mid-season..
