I don't think anyone of them make a bit of difference today.

I don't think any of those guys make much of a difference in outcome. But, Bates.

Jessie had a huge day in his Falcons debut.

Well even if they would have mattered little, we still had to miss one most.

Huber.

The defense was fine, and it wouldn’t have mattered who was playing TE with how bad Burrow played. Chris Evans had a couple nice runs, too. Not sure why Zac didn’t give him a few more carries.

The new punter absolutely killed us in the field position game though.

Not to disparage either of them, because I really like them both, but all the noise in the off season was how we lost Bates and Bell. We didn't miss them at all, Scott and Hill played great, as did our corners. Especially since the offense gave them no breathers.

Bell and Perine.

We have no tone setters on either side of the ball now and it showed.

Maybe the Burrow/Zac program isn't so locked in that we can survive heavy turnover like we had thought.

The team looked like it had no bite. no energy. Even Hursts was missed, and I didn't think too much of him as a loss, but he always brought the energy and Irv was giving JAG energy. We're in trouble at the TE position.

The biggest one might be Perine. While Mixon had a productive day running he did struggle in pass pro. That said, Burrow still should've been more productive than he was and did have a pocket at least some of the time.

The defense was generally strong but I will add that I think we would've been even better if we had Eli Apple especially at the price that he ended up going for.

Hurst maybe, but I doubt any of them would have mattered much.

that punter is going to make us lose games, we'll miss the playoffs if he's still our punter by end of year IMO

If we are asking him to punt 10 times a game ( on top of having the ball to end both halves and turning the ball over on downs ). I totally agree. But then again there might be a couple of other issues.

Punting a wet heavy ball in the wind 10 times at that....

I'll go with Perine as well. But I highly doubt he would have made enough of a difference to change the outcome?

Huber/Chrisman

I know Robbins is all about hangtime and less about distance, but man those were some short punts.
Zac Taylor 2019-2020: 6 total wins
Zac Taylor 2021-2022: Double-digit wins each season, plus 5 postseason wins
Zac Taylor 2023: 9 wins despite losing Burrow half the season
Zac Taylor 2024: Started 1-4. If he can turn this into a playoff appearance, it will be impressive.

Sorry for Party Rocking!
