There's nothing to sweat. When the time comes for him to play or lose game checks he'll play.

He's done it all off-season.

OTAs: He skipped because he wouldn't get fined

Mini-Camp: He attended but did nothing so he wouldn't get fined

Training Camp: (See Mini-Camp)

Gameday: Play or lose a game check, he'll play

Of course, he could just be "listening to his body".

I’m betting Zac and him are in agreement when it’s crucial that he practices.
Romo “ so impressed with Zac ...1 of the best in the NFL… they are just fundamentally sound. Taylor the best winning % in the Playoffs of current coaches. Joe Burrow” Zac is the best head coach in the NFL & that gives me a lot of confidence." Taylor led the Bengals to their first playoff win since 1990, ending the longest active drought in the four major North American sports, en and appeared in Super Bowl LVI, the first since 1988.

Chase and Higgins will let some of the reps go to younger players. He mentioned Hendrickson, Hilton, Wilson and others by name. He's basically going to keep them fresh for late in the season.

Yeah, it's 100% something. If it weren't, he would have said no instead of no comment.

He is the only one who hasn't practiced. Higgins and everyone else you mentioned has.

It's pretty clear he is angling for a new contract. Higgins is on the tag. He's going to practice.

Now if you agree he should be angling for a new contract, that is an entirely different conversation.

So you're OK with him just sitting there all camp?

I'm not "OK" with it, I just have the ability to see it for what it is. It's 100% contract related.

Here's how the Chase apologists see it:

Chase skips OTAs: "Great!! Ja'Marr has his own workout routine that gets him ready better than OTAs"

Chase does nothing at mini-camp: "Great!! Ja'Marr is maturing and learning to listen to his body"

Chase "sits-in" at Training Camp: "Great!! It gives the younger guys more reps and we cannot expect Chase to be full go at the start as he did not workout at OTAs or Mini-camp. We need him to ease in".

Sane Person:

"He's doing it all because of his contract situation"

Chase apologist:

"HATER!! You have no proof".

Well it’s silly to think it’s not contract related.

Good news about Chase!! For the first time, he did everything all the other WRs did in practice today.

Does he deserve to be paid like a top WR in the league? Yes

Am I certain he’s doing everything behind the scenes so he’s ready to fire on all cylinders week one? Yes

Is he acting like a petulant child and making himself look a right tit just standing there? Yes.

He stands to make 5m this year near enough with bonuses, more than anyone on here will see in their life and he’s spitting his dummy out.

It makes sense for the Bengals to try get it done this summer but you look at JJ on the receiver show saying he loves football and was never going to sit out and then see what Chase is doing and it leaves a bad taste.

Neither the Bengals or Chase are going to look good coming out of this unless they can meet in the middle and soon.

My bad, not next year since he's got a 5th year option. I was thinking since Tee got tagged this year Chases contract would be up next year. The last few years time has been hard for me to keep track of lol.

So Chase is practicing per Bfine32.  Then it needs repeating.

He said he did the same work as the other WR. Which would be none as Saturday was an off day. Tricky SOB

Everything that I've seen said he still hasn't practiced...where did you see he did?
