Fox Sports credited Zack Moss with a drop, but no other Bengal player.
I'm thinking about giving the TEs another week or 2 before I bodly proclaim they are not it.
Think I'll give them one more week

I like what I saw from our TE's today, best production Burrow has ever had with TE's and that was in 1 half.

Brilliant offensive game plan. No one in America saw that coming. Great game from All.

Erick All could be our great TE. He can do it all if he can stay healthy. Dude has crazy skills. Good hands, great athleticism, fantastic blocker,
can run all of the routes and is very hard to tackle. Hope he pans out, could be our guy yah never know.

Gesicki put up some yards against KC, but I wish he would have turned around in time for an easy TD on the one play in the end zone. Him and Burrow were both off on that one though. He also had a big drop that would have went for a 1st down on the drive Burrow ended up fumbling. He’s fine as a glorified slot receiver, but he’s not TE1 on a good team. At least Hudson was rightfully on the bench.
Gimme more of All & Sample in 12 personnel though.

The TEs really stepped up this past game.
Gesicki looks to be a good weapon for Burrow.
A way I would look to solve this backup WR dilemma is...run 12 personnel a very high percentage, at least while Higgins is still ouchie.
On early downs, Chase and Iosivas at WR with Sample and All/Gesicki.
On clear passing downs, Chase and Iosivas at WR with Gesicki and All.
Hudson (or eventually McLachlan) backs up Gesicki if ever an injury.
Once Higgins is back, I'd look to incorporate more 11 personnel again, but not to the level it was when Boyd was a Bengal.
Chase and Higgins at WR, bring in Iosivas occasionally when going 11 personnel.
That would also help keep Irwin reserved to emergency usage, which some want.
Zac Taylor 2019-2020: 6 total wins
Zac Taylor 2021-2022: Double-digit wins each season, plus 5 postseason wins
Zac Taylor 2023: 9 wins despite losing Burrow half the season
Zac Taylor 2024: Started 1-4. If he can turn this into a playoff appearance, it will be impressive.

Throwing to sample more than 2 times isn’t a winning recipe lol. I hold my breath every time he has the ball in his hands

I would love to see a lot more 12 personnel sets at least until Higgins and Chase are up to speed. And I'd love to see more runs out of 12 as well.
As far as Gesicki goes he's played well overall and I'm not ready to write him off as a total dud just yet.

I like your plan. Run 12 personnel while Tee is hurt, more of 11 when he gets back but don't abandon 12 personnel.
Gesicki and All will just get better with Burrow. You could really see Gesicki and Burrow are not quite on the same page.
Look out when they are, Erick All seems reliable already, something I didn't expect to see.

All definitely looks like a TE though out there whereas Gesicki looks like a big WR. That dude looks too thin to be a TE.
If I didn't already know Gesicki was 250 lbs, I wouldn't have known from lookin at him. He moves like a WR too.
All kinda has some clunkiness to him like most TEs do when goin out for routes and runnin with the ball.
All looks more like a well-rounded TE that I expected of him. Hopefully eventually the replacement to Drew Sample.

We need to save Kyle Pitts from Atlanta, and just run exclusively 2-TE sets with Pitts and All.

He’s been good. Would like to see some TD’s soon though. He’s currently tied with Chase for most targets on the team. Although that should go down with Tee back now.
