Gesicki

Having a decent year.

Seems to have filled a void.

He is no Travis Kelce but seems to be doing decently.

Still an ALL Jr fan but Gesicki has some hands for sure and makes for a large target.

173 yards over the last couple games. I’ll certainly take that.

Not sure what they’re going to do if All is out for the year though. That TE room will be looking pretty grim. I’d imagine they don’t have much choice other than to activate Tanner McLachlan.

I think I’d see if I could extend him another year now. Joe trust’s him and he gives us a big bodied weapon we won’t have with Tee gone next year.

I've been disappointed in Gesicki this year only because my hopes were sky high. Think his turnovers and disappearing from the game plan has been the major issues.

When he's involved though he really does take this offense to another level. Lets hope they build on today and they are good moving forward.

Even worse Erick All may miss a lot of time

If we aren’t proactive we could be in a situation where we have no signed tight end that’s healthy going into the draft

He's turning out to be a pretty good wide receiver..and that's a good think..I am still waiting to see Maclachan in the game

Yes seeing All go down at the game was rough.... I really liked what he brought to the table.

Trying to be optimistic however it forced the Bengals to start throwing to Gesicki and it payed off big time.

He is still a TE that has always played a ton of snaps in the slot.  He was a 2nd Rd pick that has 450 receptions in the league, he has always been good catching the ball. He is not turning into anything that he wasnt already.  The guy had over 700 yards twice in Miami, he simply needed the opportunity.

Was really used as receiver today and little TE and it worked
Romo “ so impressed with Zac ...1 of the best in the NFL… they are just fundamentally sound. Taylor the best winning % in the Playoffs of current coaches. Joe Burrow” Zac is the best head coach in the NFL & that gives me a lot of confidence." Taylor led the Bengals to their first playoff win since 1990, ending the longest active drought in the four major North American sports, en and appeared in Super Bowl LVI, the first since 1988.

How is that possible?

Sample has 2 years left on his contract.

Mclachlan has 3 years left on his contract.  (As does All)

He was used like this in Miami, which is why he tried to change his designation to WR when he was tagged in 2022.

G-Sticky

Dude has some hands on him. The NE game he almost made one of the most incredible catches I've seen, and folks were calling it a drop.

This game showed the Bengals need to be running 12 personnel far more often than 11.
Especially once Higgins is back, Bengals best offensive lineup is Chase, Higgins, Gesicki, All/Sample, and Brown at RB.
Zac Taylor 2019-2020: 6 total wins
Zac Taylor 2021-2022: Double-digit wins each season, plus 5 postseason wins
Zac Taylor 2023: 9 wins despite losing Burrow half the season
Zac Taylor 2024: Started 1-4. If he can turn this into a playoff appearance, it will be impressive.

Sorry for Party Rocking!

Doesn’t work without All though, and I’d expect him to miss some time.

not a proper Boyd fill in like some of us thought but he is ok. You still dont want to rely on him as a 2 or 3

Totally forgot Tanner existed and thought Sample was on a 1 year lol

I guess what i meant was we could look up and the TE room suck again

Gesicki is the best pass catching option on the field even with Chase out there. 6'6 245 pounds runs like a WR dude is a match up nightmare all he needs is the targets.

Sign him for 2 more years.

Those saying he disappears that stuff will happen if you do not target someone or do not make them part of the game plan.
