That is more luck than anything else. If teams are racking up yards, they are more likely to score points. There is likely a correlation to yards = points. The bengals might be the outlier… but same for 2005. If not for Tory James and deltha oneal, that bengals team isn’t winning 11 games.

It’s actually 26. Not good, still.

That is true for sure. Would like to have a lot less yards on top of the points, with more stops and turnovers like the elite Defenses do.
But even mediocre would be nice at this point.

We were really good in redzone defense and forced Turnovers(to your point) in 2022.

Like I said earlier, when the field got smaller, they got a lot tougher to score on.
Volson is meh, but I like him, and he has far exceeded my expectations

absolutely true, Reader was solid and part of the line success. BTW Detroit still has Ragnoroc, who was projected to be the bengal's center...snatched outta of our hands by 1.

Pretty sure that’s the Vikings.

this is the case for, literally, every nfl team. It’s always easier when you have more yards to work with.

We gave up the same rushing yards on a per game basis in 23 as we are in 24.

Were actually better in yards per attempt with 4.2 this season vs 4.7 last year. Our biggest struggle last season happened when Reader was off the field.
