Bengals Win Out + Broncos & Colts go 2-3, Dolphins go 3-2 & WE'RE IN!!!

He trusts his team strength more than Taylor does just thought I would correct earlier observations about Lions

The Lions have the best OL in football. It helps.

Except for you know…their best defensive player (and top 3 player on the team) who’s been out since week 6.

FWIW, there is no scenario where the Cincy/Pitt game does not matter to Pitt.

Pitt win + Balt loss. Steelers loss to Cincy could still cost them the Div as Balt would have a better Div record if they beat the Browns.

Pitt win/Balt win. Steelers need the game to win Div if Balt wins vs Cleveland.

Pitt loss/Balt loss. Ditto.

Pitt loss/Balt win. This is the best scenario for Pitt wanting the last game. A win + Balt loss would give them the Div, but KC will have clinched #1 in this scenario.

is orlando brown gonna play or what? he's gonna have to be healthy if they want to beat good teams like denver

It's because you are of such profound wisdom, Frank Booth. - SunsetBengal

I don't see the Colts losing another game this season. Playing the Giants is an automatic win, they're clearly sabotaging this season to improve their draft position. About the Jaguars... Mac Jones and Brian Thomas Jr. are probably our best hope.

I’m gonna root for Cincy to get in but the fact that they still have a chance to get in actually makes me mad because if the Defense did a little above the bare minimum they’d be in plus losing to Patriots is infuriating. Everyone is worried about the other teams not losing but I’m not super confident we can win the next 2 games. What is Bo Nix going to do versus this defense ? Russell Wilson had 414 yards and 3 TDS with the Bengals coming of a bye in a must win. Also not buying this defense figured it out and Lou just simplified the D. Still think we need major personnel changes on D next offseason and not buying the hype into a guy like Geno Stone. He’s had a few nice right time right place picks but he’s an awful tackler and my fear is we run it back with guys like Stone next year and 3 weeks into the season we’re staying why the hell did we keep this guy.

except for you know ..one player ..look man I am not using the injury excuse..the Bengals need to enhance /enlarge their scouting department and get a real GM..but the injuries ..and the number of injuries..certainly contributed to this dismal year..Plus..burrow definitely was not 100% the first five weeks of the season..So lets take KC..a great team..you take away their two starting offensive tackles..their starting running back...their number 2 receiver missing games and playing with a chronic hamstring injury..and a ton of injuries on the defensive side of the ball..they sure as heck would be having some serious issues

I agree, I don't see Colts losing against a 2-win Giants team who holds #1 pick in their hands if they lose and a 3-win Jags team who would hurt their draft position as well.

I am not saying they tank on purpose; it is combo of both bad teams + players do not want to get hurt in meaningless games.

As for us, we have 2 tough games to end the year, even with 2 wins, we likely miss out.

2024 may go on record as one of most underperforming teams in Bengal history. Bengal's FO has major work to do on defensive side of the ball. I say tag and trade Tee Higgins in 2025 to start with the rebuild.

Teams playing spoiler coaches Jags Giants Browns older QB's (Rodgers) may be playing for jobs for next year so there is that

Of course this all makes sense, but these games late in the year often do not make sense.

Players are playing for future jobs and there is a lot of pressure on the Colts to win both of those games and their QB is very erratic
throwing the ball. They almost lost to the Titans after being up by 30+ points.

Yep. We will see, do I expect us to make the Playoffs? No, but there is always a chance with how crazy things go this time of year.

We will see how we play against a good team in the Broncos.

We can hold out hope by clinging to the fact that Jax has already beat KC this year and KC has beaten Denver,

Chiefs only beat the Broncos 16-14 AT KC and when KC was still playing to win in the early part of the season.

We really need the Stoolers to win tomorrow so the Chiefs try last game of the season.

True. Luckily I dislike the Chiefs damn near as much as those bastids so it won't suck as much seeing the stoolpitt win.

The Chiefs were lucky the Broncos ran the ball to the right so they had a chance at blocking that FG. I doubt the Broncos would make
that mistake again. Their Defense has Mahomes number the last few games they played. This is why to me it is unlikely we make the
Playoffs even if we beat the Broncos and stealers. I see the Broncos beating the Chiefs in a revenge game, especially if the Chiefs don't
play their starters.
