Doing a disservice to the team by playing through an injury then. I get it... The cupboard is pretty bare opposite Hendrickson either way.

The writing was on the wall before the season started when he became the last player left over from the Marvin Lewis era. Great guy, but it's time.

It blows my mind that Murphy has 0 sacks on 197 pass rush snaps.
He's at 19 total pressures though, which isn't terrible in that many snaps, but it's nowhere near Hendrickson, who leads the league at 76 total pressures on 483 pass rush snaps.

You'd expect a 1st round DE in their 2nd year to be more productive than he has been.
Zac Taylor 2019-2020: 6 total wins
Zac Taylor 2021-2022: Double-digit wins each season, plus 5 postseason wins
Zac Taylor 2023: 9 wins despite losing Burrow half the season
Zac Taylor 2024: Started 1-4. Ended 9-8 but barely missed playoffs

Changes needed to do better in Sept/Oct moving forward.

It’s weird. He had 3 sacks last season in less snaps.

That's why I was hopeful of him this year.
I thought with more of a workload, we'd see him at like 5-7.

who comes back and who doesn't is going depend a lot on what decisions are made concerning the coaching staff. Who stays and who goes and who comes in to replace them.

All hopes turn to next year

It was a Lou thing and a Hobby thing. Sam was injured and shouldn't of been playing. No surprise with more snaps and not being injured Ossai
has been better. Need to bring him back and Murphy needs to lose some weight in the Offseason to get back his speed and we need to add
another End. I am not ready to say Sam is washed either, injuries have hurt him bad but he is a hard worker and if he can get healthy in the
Offseason he really helps against the run.
