I hope to that would be nice.

Eberflus had a dang good 4-3 Defense in the NFL. Top 10, not just mid pack like Graham.
Thanks Holic, made me feel better if it is Graham as I always respect your opinion as you are all common sense. I can overreact as most
Bengals fans can when it comes to these things, but we need to get this right. Being top 10 in points allowed twice is good and if we just
have a mid pack Defense we would be a Super Bowl contender. Still, I am greedy and want a top 10 Defense that is great at something.
But yeah, from what you are saying here, Graham should be an upgrade over Lou. Not saying much after last year though.
I think Eberflus would be more of a sure thing just my opinion.
If we do pick Graham, I wish we could make something happen to get Mad Maxx to go along with him somehow, I know, dreaming...
Yeah, this is my hope, I don't like this crap saying we are down to 2 guys, neither of which are inspiring. Christian Parker is the assistant
DC on the Eagles and would love to give an up and comer who has learned from a great coach a shot.
Raiders were terrible and only marginally so on defense..Stop with the nonsense of the coach had them playing hard...they played bad

That one I feel like they should be able to do and should be doing in parallel with the DC search.
Good question. If we do go Golden I sure wouldn't mind taking the Irish OL coach as well lol

Those would be my hopes for OL coach of the NFL teams still playing. Haley's assistant Oliver would be a great grab IMO.
Christian Parker the assistant DC for the Eagles would also be awesome for DC.

Dehner mentioned in today's podcast that they're working hard on OL coach and might be closer than most people know.
The DC hunt is the bigger hire so that's going to get all of the attention for now.

I’d argue Oline Coach is the biggest hire given the need to protect Burrow at all cost.
Theoretically we were 1 stop on Defense away from the playoffs. Just 1. In 8 shots.

Good for Lou, still like the guy and he is a decent Secondary coach but if I was a Colts fan I wouldn't be too excited to hire a guy who
pretty much flushed an MVP season for Joe Burrow down the drain with a terrible Defense.

Get ready for lots of missed tackles as they try to rip the ball out!

Yep, I think this was a big mistake by the Colts. We will see how their Defense does under Lou. I liked Bettcher when we initially brought him
in because he had a better resume' than Lou had before he got here but it was really noticeable to fall off of the LB's from Golden to Bettcher.
