But good lort 15 strike outs!! What is wrong with this team at the plate? We're in 4th place in MLB with 425 team strikeouts. Yesterday Elly 4, Steer 3, Benson 3.

McLain has 51 on the season right behind Elly's 60.

Is Benson for real or is this just another short lived flash in the pan?

A Win gets Reds back to .500 Sunday May 18th. Not bad considering the beating they were taking about a week ago. They could make a good month out of this yet.

After the 2024 Benson had, and the sluggish start in AAA this year, it makes it double nice to see him on this current tear. If this is the return to mid-to-late 2023 Benson then I'm all for it!

To Tecmo & Houndizzles. I just added Benson, just as a few years ago somebody added Aquino when he was on that 20 homers in 30 days tear. When a hitter gets Red Hot like Aquino did, or Benson now, why not get on that skateboard and ride out the hot streak in Fantasy. Benson could be more for real than Aquino. Hopefully so, Reds need a Power Hitter if they want to be a Play-Off team.
