Bengals Front Office Needs To Get With It.
(6 hours ago)ERIC1 Wrote: What dont you understand..1)  I think this team will do well this season barring injuries to key players.. 2) I think the team addressed defciencies both on the OL and dfense with immediate coaching changes and focus on such in the draft and FA..maybe not the coaches and players we all agree on..but only time will tell..3) I dont think anyone of us knows the intricate details and what is taking place with the team .. stewart and hendickson...hopefully..soon will be resolved..4) the lease between the county and the bengals has been signed..simply we are not getting a domed stadium at this time ..as a personal aside..I think Paycor is still visually appealing..is in great shape  with a wonderful location and there us no need to demolish it and spend 2 billion bucks on a new stadium..hopefully we get  a larger scoreboard and a permanent indoor training facility.......The aforementioned hopefully will help you to better understand..I have not waivered ..on any topic ..my opinion ..at any time and if you should not agree that is your right and I respect that..have a great afternoon

I guess I understand what you are saying better now. As long as Trey and Shemar are ready to go by the regular season I am pretty happy
about this Offseason. I know everyone wanted the big names at Guard, but we don't know if those names fit the scheme like Patrick and
Fairchild must. We also don't know if a player like Scherff is ready to retire or that Hernandez is even healthy.

I don’t think some are being fair to the Bengals FO/Ownership. Signing Tee & Chase was huge and by far the biggest priority. Then was Trey. They really want Trey but I think that he and his agent aren’t being realistic from what I’ve heard. I get it Trey loves Cincinnati as he and his wife are very settled.A big long term contract to finish his career is his wish. Doubtful he’s getting a long term contract. The Bengals I’ve made this analogy. They are the guy in your poker group who hardly raises unless his hand is likely to win. He takes no chances. He never wins the most or loses the most. They don’t expose themselves on aging players.
Romo “ so impressed with Zac ...1 of the best in the NFL… they are just fundamentally sound. Taylor the best winning % in the Playoffs of current coaches. Joe Burrow” Zac is the best head coach in the NFL & that gives me a lot of confidence." Taylor led the Bengals to their first playoff win since 1990, ending the longest active drought in the four major North American sports, en and appeared in Super Bowl LVI, the first since 1988.

I get that, it is just Trey hasn't shown any signs of falling off yet. To just assume he will fall off might not be a good move here. They have the money
to pay him 32 mil per year for at least a couple years. If Trey is passing on that, that is his bad honestly. That is double what he is making now this year.

Trey seems to be a good guy..and he has a really good 5-6 games a year when he accumulates all his sacks..the rest of the time he appears to be stck in a college wrestling match with the opposing tackle..defense stunk with hendrickson and if the team has not rectfified the other deficiencies it will not matter if trey us here or not..I would not ...not even close...double his salary and extend the legth of his contract...but thats just me.

Here's one of those lies i was talking about. This has already been specifically debunked and has zero truth in it. Not opinion. Fact.
