So that above Twitter thread goes over the Trumps federal court hearing over PA...spoiler alert it didn’t go well. I especially liked when the judge asked the lawyer “As a member of the bar, did the Trump campaign have observers?” Basically saying do you want to lose your license by not answering this truthfully. It appears the judge wasn’t buying what they were selling.

These people don't seem to understand that when they say the quiet part out loud like that it puts those justices in a very precarious situation. They guarantee with those sorts of statements that the vote will go against them because the image is one of a constitutional crisis, otherwise. SCOTUS really tries to at least maintain the image of an independent judiciary.

Well if Nevada would just get it’s shit together and count enough votes to call it, then PA wouldn’t matter.

I think Nevada is very close to being callable. Roughly 90% of the ballots remaining are from the Las Vegas area, where Trump isn’t going to make up the ground necessary. PA would still possibly matter, though. We aren’t sure what is going to happen with Arizona just yet.

Nobody has uncalled AZ though. I can’t figure out if they actually called it too early or if people just think they called it too early.

This press conference is the single most embarrassing address a president has ever delivered, it’s not hyperbole it is an actual attempt to officially decry democracy in a fascist way. I actually think this press conference will be a big part of the historical review on Trump and his legacy. It’s the delusions of a narcissist, but even worse there were no adults left in the room to stop it.

“Oh was that out loud?” I’m feeling unless something came out that was overwhelmingly compelling, she isn’t helping him. Nobody wants to start their career like that. This loud mouth just guaranteed it.

As far as I am aware, only FOX called it. There were still several hundred thousands of votes to be counted last I checked (around noon).

It’s blue on the yahoo site and they say they get it from AP.

Edit: I just looked at CNN and yeah they don’t have AZ for Biden yet.
