If you don't use an online host that you can get a URL from, that would be the best way to post an image.

Another way would be to use snipping tool and then upload the image to photobucket or imgur. That will give your pic a url to post the pic the standard way. If you have windows I believe you'll already have snipping tool installed. Definitely with the newer versions.
