Meanwhile individual states will have restrictions that will cause fights because we can't do business while competitors can.
But when you elect a man who thinks he knows business...and that's all he knows...it is money over people.
A few may die, but as long as he can save the economy in time for his re-election he will consider it worthwhile.
This isn't exactly a lone voice. A lot of people don't like fiats coming from on high telling them they can't go to work for an unspecified amount of time, and it's a legitimate position to take.

No, no it's not. Not right now. Not 7 days into a 15 day plan than probably needs 30 at a minimum.
But, as I've repeatedly said, the country could never survive a national emergency. Too many going "sovereign citizen" to prove they don't need the government putting everyone else at risk.

It was a legitimate stance on the first day of a 15 day plan.

It absolutely is a legitimate stance, and it is one that is more common here because of our individualistic culture. The US is a place where we are "me" centered. I'm not making a judgement call on this type of culture, just stating this is the way it is. Is it a helpful attitude in a situation like this? No. This is how we get sold out toilet paper and people doing dumb shit. It has its pros in some situations, this just isn't one of them, but it's still a legitimate position.

The me culture is also how you get a senator/physician jumping the line for testing over more urgent patients then still going to work exposing his co-workers to the virus.

I don't disagree at all.

Edit: Still looking for anything in the last week that lists these and there's nothing so I'm gonna call BS.
Calling BS is a lot easier than trying to explain why they are even being discussed on a CV-19 relief bill. Numerators websites mentioning these same provisions. Lot of people on here bash Republicans/Trump daily but crickets can be heard loudly when we are waiting for the same people to explain why the Democratic leadership would even attach any of these ideas.

Crickets when someone asks you for a source... Come back when you have one.

Would you elaborate on which ones (from the Politico or Forbes article, not the unsourced list) you question the reasoning for in the bill?

Man dies for foolishly believing BS Trump touts during briefings.
He took fish tank cleaner.

Yeah, that was Darwinism at work.

Definitely...but I have a follow up question:
I wonder why this couple went looking for that particular "medicine"? Did they think it up on their own? Or were they told by someone they believe 100% without doing any kind of checking that it was a possible "cure"?
It is irresponsible for Trump to say a lot of the things he says. He is dumb. Too dumb to understand what he is being told or not to repeat it as HE "understands" it.

Because it listed chloroquine as an ingredient, confusing it with the chloroquine Trump has mentioned in his briefings as a possible, but totally unproven, cure.
You might find this hard to believe, but there is a group of people in the US who get their antibiotics for personal us at places like the pet store or Tractor Supply.

Yes they get anti-biotics. They don't get dog shampoo.
Sorry that's on them. If someone says take zinc and I down a bottle of sunscreen who are we blaming?

That's funny stuff.
I know I've used partisan sites before but that's heavy duty stuff there...
