Zac has had the benefit of a early season schedule that was easy .
He has had a relatively healthy roster.
Big time spending on free agency.
3 straight home games with of them being West Coast teams
Yet this team fighting for its playoff life.
He has been handed so many gifts.
Somehow he cant take advantage of what I listed.
If the Bengals miss out on the playoffs he needs to be replaced.
Lets put it this way
If he was coach of the Ravens or Steelers now what would their records be this year
He isnt NFL HC material
He cant win in.close games
And he cant win if he is losing after 3 quarters.
Good coaches figure out ways to win more often than not.
Maybe his fan club will open their eyes and see that.
