Ja'Marr Chase Is Liking Cincinnati!

Got Chase one of Those Palmer Adds with the ft long cheesy coney?

I had heard Skyline was into Paul Brown, which I loved because, even though I love Goldstar coney crates (probably because, by the time we eat them, I'm snoggled), Skyline is miles ahead of Goldstar.

I could be wrong about that, and Skyline would need something to rival a coney crate, but I'd KILL for Skyline to be in Paul Brown!

You will pass it this year.  People are flying south for good.  Leaving NY and NJ.  No state income tax and people working more from home have sped up the process.

Less state tax more sales tax, gas tax, electricity tax and so on.  Florida has a nice marketing point, but I wouldn't depend on the government there to be magnanimous.  Less inheritance tax there if you plan on running out the clock at the villages, though.

Ok now I'm P&R-ing all over the thread.

Lordy, I have a pocket full of zingers I use when people give me grief for drinking cheap beer.  I'd say that's cause for a life-check moment but, meh.

I live in Centerville, which is just a suburb of Dayton, and I love our community, parks, restaurants, etc.  Cincinnati is a great weekend get away with OTR and the banks.

That being said, it is only a matter of time once my folks are no longer with us that I retire to Tampa and live by my sister.  That area is BOOMING.  Nearly 1000 people moving to Tampa EVERY DAY.  That's insane, but it is a really neat area (where she lives) and you can walk to most things like restaurants, bars, (all of which are pretty amazing), and boat club.  I love the evolution to driving around in a golf cart.  Hilarious.

My wife and I just left Maineville for Naples a few weeks ago. I love Cincinnati, but hate snow and ice. But, chance we may revisit a second small place back in Cincinnati in 2022 once we get settled. All of our family is in Cincinnati and a lot of great friends.

That's the thing with weather in Greater Cincinnati: one day it can be sunny and 70 and then the next day it can be snowing.

The dead of summer is usually pretty hot and the dead of winter is usually pretty cold, but anything in between those two is a free-for-all.

I'd like any city willing to give me a few million dollars, too.

I'm pretty sure he's getting paid to play football, unless Cincy is handing out millions of dollars for people to just live there.  In all seriousness, I get the diplomatic team-speak, I just don't take it too seriously.  Cincy is paying him millions, but the dude was the 5th overall pick so I'm pretty sure 31 other NFL teams would be willing to pay him millions if we drafted Sewell.

Oh lord, I said the S-word....time to derail things again.

Is it tho? Urban population is not a very good picture of the size of a city. The majority of the people on this board live within the 275 loop, but don't technically live in "Cincinnati." Boises metro area is like 750k, while Cincinnati's is 2.1 million

Boise has multiple cities growing together into one. Nampa, Eagle are pretty much Boise...
