***OFFICIAL 2018 DRAFT DISCUSSION THREAD***
Personally I'd rather they'd take Cruikshank but I guess.... What do I know?

Pac-Man isn’t gone yet though...

Crosby off the board. Must not have wanted him.

Hoping for Hill or Kevin Tollivr - five star recruit with size and speed and SEC competition. Or, P Nickerson who ran a 4.32 at combine. But...ok...

Probably gambled he'd fall another 7 spots...

Austin got his guy in Harris, don't hate the pick but would of rather had Crosby there who is now gone.

Take Jimarco Jones and pair him with his buddy Price then.

Supposedly a concussion concern. I still think they will take one soon but if not maybe pollack feels good about what he has. With his track record I feel like I have to trust him.

Or they didn’t like him like all the other teams that let him fall. There is something there we don’t know about that everyone let him get to the mid 5th.

Kinda bummed he Giants got laullen

That would be my guess if they go with a QB.  I figured the Pats or Giants would grab Lauletta which the Giants did. I bet if he fell to us in the 5th we would have grabbed him.

I'm way behind on everything. I still don't even know how the Bengals ended up not picking at 46. Could someone do me a solid and catch me up?

Crosby just looks very very slow. They say he'll probably be switched to guard. So good thing we didn't take him.

He isn’t on the team so he is gone. Could he be brought back? Maybe, but as of this pick he is currently gone.

I dislike the position, not the player.

Yeah I am reading that now on other sites. Kiper had him going 5th even as well, and other ones had him either 4th or 5th.

Yep the concussion thing not coming out until today, after he was rated as high as the second best guard in this draft and versatile enough to play RT...there is more to this story

I don't know anything about the Illinois State cornerback so I have to trust the coaching stuff on that one but damn it they better get Tim settle.

It would make up for not grabbing Harrison Phillips yesterday.

They traded out of 46 to 54.  By that trade, they moved up from 100 to 78. With pick 54 they took Jessie Bates, S, Wake Forest.  They had the 77 and 78 picks. 77 - Sam Hubbard OSU, 78 - Malik Jefferson LB, Texas ( I believe this was the right order). In the fourth round they took Mark Walton , RB from Miami. With their first 5th round pick they just took Devontae Harris, CB Illinois State.

RG isn't the problem; they obviously are going with Westerman who looked good once Lazor was able to get Piano Man overruled and get him in the lineup playing in a scheme suiting his skillset. The problem is RT where they have nothing. Og and Hart are both literally trash. Fisher flashed a little but with the heart issue is he really going to be back at 100%?
