You set the chunk plays up with the run.  It's not all of both but none of one.  If the defense fears the run, they'll have to account for it by dialing back the pass rush.  With no run threat, time will be short for the chunk plays to develop.  That is, unless Jackson Carman somehow turns out to be the second coming.
