Well, technically, it's correct.

A concentration camp is an interment area designed to segregate political prisoners, nationals or other specific groups for safety (their own or the public's) or during the course of a legal process where it's easier to keep people gathered in one area until completed.

It's the correct term, but the connotation of course goes back to Nazi death camps, which evolved out of concentration camps.

Now how many Trump opened versus any other president, no idea.

If you use the term "concentration camp", you are willingly making connection to Nazi Germany. Might not have been how the term started, but it's been since taken over as that meaning. It's the only meaning for it anymore. It's why people use terms like "internment center" and things like that to specifically avoid that connection.

Try wearing a Swastika t-shirt while wearing a Hitler Mustache and walk around NYC telling people "it's cool, I am just a Buddhist who loves Charlie Chaplin". It won't work well.

Ok I am confused. I don't think I get it. So if someone calls a person a President when they are a pathological liar, serial sexual assaulter, racist, conman, who is orange by choice ,and also has an absolutely jackass looking haircut. That doesn't mean I have to act like that is presidential... Some of the locals are calling this flaming bag of shit a president? So I'm not sure what to do
