That is the thing, like Germaine said. He wants to be here and win Super Bowls and Joe Burrow is the type of QB that can 
help get that done. Championships, that is what this is about. It was a good deal for the Bengals and not a good deal for the
other contenders who have to play us. You think Travis Kelce likes us bringing this guy back?

Also, I know this didn't start out the way we expected with Bell leaving but we should be looking at some vet Safeties later
that are high quality. This FA start has actually been weird, really out there signings and then players going for a lot cheaper 
than you would normally think.

Wouldn't surprise me to see us land a few guy's that no one expected us to.
