Good little rant, but my question was who gets to determine if the site is racist.

I went to the site "Jihad Watch" and browsed a few articles. The theme seemed to be that they are opposed to radical Islam. 

Matter of fact here's a rebuttal to the "racist" claim:

Hmmmm...never said that last one was or wasn't.  I've shown other times Lucy has used to be very racist and based on racists.  And we Lucy has asked (repeatedly) what a "racist" is.  And he's been told (repeatedly) and he still denies getting the answer.

Personally, I don't waste any time calling someone a racist. If they aren't a racist, you would be lying. If they are a racist, they know, you know it and everybody else knows. Sort of pointless to state the obvious like it would be some shocking revelation.
