It's simple. Bengals need to win 2 of 3.

A guy on FNIA just said if the Browns win tomorrow they'll be in first place.

Yes, it's true. There are 4 average teams running around in the AFC-N. To think, the Steelers could win the division this late in the season.

Yeah, if the Browns win, they'll be in first in the division, but the Bengals will still hold the 6th spot.

If the Raiders win, the Bengals remain in 1st and the Browns drop all the way to the 12 spot.

Bengals beat the Rats and Packers beat the Stains next week and the Bengals cannot be caught by the Rats (2 game lead with 2 left and they own the tiebreakers) and the Browns would likewise be 2 out with 2 to play but they currently have the tiebreaker. What this WOULD produce would be the Bengals would lock the division by a win against KC no matter what anyone else does.

If the Bengals beat the Ravens next week they will be one game ahead (9-6 vs 8-7). They could still be caught. 10-7 beats 9-8, no tiebreaker.

Also, The Browns go into first with a win tomorrow. 2-1 in head to head among the three teams. As was stated earlier, the tiebreak really doesn’t mean anything until the end.

Great win today. Excited to have meaningful games late in the year again.

The TV guy said Bengals fall to 7th if the Browns win. Oh well, can't control it, just gotta win.

What a year. I've said all along that if this team makes the playoffs, I think they'll win at least one. The Marvin issues (beating the Steelers, winning in prime time, winning in the playoffs) are all a thing of the past. This team is different, they just need consistency...especially on offense.
The training, nutrition, medicine, fitness, playbooks and rules evolve. The athlete does not.

He is wrong. What if we swept the Ravens, the Ravens swept the Browns and the Browns swept the Bengals. Head to head doesn’t work in a three way tie.

It’s a 3 way tie with ravens, bengals, and browns having beaten each other.

So it’d go
To division record, which the bengals has to the best right now.

I'm just glad we're still in the race this late in the season after 5 seasons of garbage. They've won one game more than I thought they could. It was ugly today, but ugly wins are still wins. We need to smoke Baltimore.

The best part of next week is that Ogbooty could be the Ravens starting tackle.

No, he was right. It’s not currently a three way tie. Bengals won a three team division tiebreaker in 1990 based on head to head.

Doesn’t really matter ‘till the season is over.

This right here. Browns will move to 1st place but the Bengals will hold on to the sixth seed - as it stands right now a potential match up against the Titans
