First, no one is checking plumbing. But now if someone attempts to be a nuisance, or worse, people could have recourse.

Second, the whining from transgenders sure as hell pre-dates people suggesting there should be laws.

Are straight people whining? They passed a law that basically requires transgenders to use discretion.  I think ******* liberals may be whining more than transgenders, to be honest.  But then that's usually how these things go.

Agreed, the suspension of logic reminds me of a lot of things. I have no idea why otherwise rational people think a transgender person who has used the women's restroom for years is suddenly going to walk around with his dong out because there's a law that says he can be in there instead of before where it was just the common practice.

They passed a law that forces transgenders to be embarrassed by using the wrong bathroom and also make everyone else in the bathroom feel uncomfortable.
