The defense raised an objection, and it would not surprise me one bit to see it thrown out with prejudice before the jury reaches a verdict. If they convict, it is automatic grounds for appeal. Disclosure laws are very clear.
If it is thrown out with prejudice, then I thought he could not be retried?
