If we had an endless supply of money then Yes you would be correct. We are pulled too thin as it is .... If we cut enough From other social programs to cover the costs then I would be ok with it .... It's the spending without regard that annoys me.
It will also help to get out of war time budgeting as well. But that has really no affect on domestic budgeting.
