-$100b for pools for high risk (pre-existing conditions) but this is just to help. If there's a lapse in coverage (say between jobs), you can be charged higher prices.
-No mandated coverage
-No mandated benefits with plans, you can get as little as you want. In addition to this, insurance companies no longer are capped at only charging elderly people 3x's what they charge younger people, they can charge them as much as they want.
-Tax credits are based on age, not income. Bill Gates will get twice as much assistance in the form as tax credits than I will.
-Medicare expansion repealed. States can keep it, but there's no funding.
-Obama's "Cadillac tax" on really cushy plans from employers that Republicans said they hated is back. Necessary to pay for this, but bound to be unpopular with people.
