I believe Target understands some weak minded people won't be able to handle the pressure of picking out a toy if they don't see a sign that reads, "Boys" or "Girls."

I heard Oprah is producing a made for television Lifetime movie based upon this ripped from the headline story starring Lucie.  It's going to be two hours of him standing in the toy aisle with a hot wheel in one hand and a Barbie in the other trying to figure out which one to buy.  It's going to end with "To Be Continued . . ."
