Just to add to what Bengalholic already mentioned here, when they were 4th against the pass during his first year they already were solid in that area finishing in 5th the year before he arrived. After his first year they got worse. I want to hope for the best but nothing this guy has done gets me excited about him as the potential hire. I know Pleasant was unproven as far as DC but I think I would have taken the unknown potential there instead of a guy that has proven he wasn't very good at the position.

Grantham's a good coach. But I do understand why he wouldn't move the needle around here. I don't want him here, and that's not because it means the Gators would lose him. He's a bad fit for our personnel.
