Did anybody else find it odd
Posted by: Go Cards - 11-02-2015, 11:11 PM - Forum: JUNGLE NOISE - Replies (29)

how little Gio was used after tearing it up all year ?

Now I felt that Bengals needed to get Hill back involved more and was glad to see it. But to just not hardly even use Gio was odd to me.

Understand that this game was going to be a very physical slobber knocker and Hill's battering ram style fit the bill better. Still though ?

Maybe they wanted Gio fresh for Thursday and had already game planned both games according to this scheme ?

Anyway no big deal at all, again just finding it odd.

Tomlin's clock management at games end thankfully was odd as well.

Not complaining really and still floating on cloud 9 actually. Only curious.

  Standings
Posted by: TKUHL - 11-02-2015, 10:04 PM - Forum: JUNGLE NOISE - Replies (5)

Ok will someone explain the logic to the Standings on NFL .com? If you look at the conference standings we are 3rd with Denver #1 with 4 conf. wins NE #2 with 6 Conf. wins and us with 6 Conf. wins, But when you look at the League standings we are 2nd overall behind Carolina? I know this means nothing right now but how is a team with only 4 conference wins in first over teams with 6 and then those teams be behind us in the overall standings.

  Love/Hate tweets.....

Anyone else find any good tweets from people or players about the game yesterday?

I found this gem from an actual player on the Steelers and Vontaze actually replied to his punk ass...

Here is one from Whitworth retweeting a rebuttle to Foster of the Steelers and then a Steelers fan wishes him a torn ACL underneith Whit's reply.

Anyone else have any interesting tweets regarding this game from players, commentators, etc?

we are now in unchartered territory for the team, Im not a big stat man but when is the last time the NFL potentially has had this many 8-0 teams. Some say the NFL is filled with parity, this year looks like several Donald Trumps are running wild....

Open 10.5 Pt Favorites vs Browns
Posted by: Blake2Pickens - 11-02-2015, 06:14 PM - Forum: JUNGLE NOISE - Replies (15)

Just posted on Scoresandodds.

Moved pretty quickly to 10 even.

With the corners out, Johnny Menswell likely starting, and the disarray of the Brows...I feel like 10 points is an absolute bargain.

I bet you that by Thursday at 7 PM, this line is upwards of 13.5 pts.

..TV blackouts in the United Kingdom and flexible scheduling Sad

As a Bengal fan in England I sign up to the NFL Game pass season ticket. Its not the cheapest option but for the last 4 years its been worth it as I've got to watch pretty much every game of the Dalton-Green era.

HOWEVER, now we are 7-0 and starting to get some national attention and people are jumping on the bandwagon they are making the Bengals the televised NFL game in the U.K a lot more often.

When the game is televised here the Gamepass coverage is blacked out. Meaning i have pay out again if i want to watch it televised....hence our success this year is crippling me. First world problem or what!!

So can we please start losing otherwise i'm going to have to tell my wife how much I'm really spending on following the Bengals this year!!
