Gotta say this is the best games back to back games in terms of combined offense and defense total team wins. Normally it was one saving the other(defense saving the offense being the most common).
My main man DC Paulie G(I coined this nickname but I don't think it's catching on) is calling some real beauties out there. Lots of 3 and outs, lots of pressure, lots of disguises on the back end. I've always had a good feeling this guy would shine as DC and thought people were being rough on him last year when the whole world was hurt. Keep em spinning DC Paulie G
Hue.....Hue I wasn't so sure about. I loved Jay so it was gonna take alot to turn me even though Hue had a head start from being here before and doing a good job with the raiders. THe offense has looked crisp and unpredictable witha good balance of run/pass. Hue could've easily scrapped the run game after the fumbles and put Dalton in some bad spots, but he let Gio tote it and keep that no INT thing going. Keep it up Hueseph

On kickoffs, especially in the NFL, when a return team sees the kicker start towards the ball, they naturally turn to run usually or at least side-step back. When the kicker makes his kicking motion, they usually turn to run without paying much attention.
This high school team took advantage of that by having the kicker fake like he was going to kick the ball by making the kicking motion just behind the ball, so the return team started back, but then he just obviously is not near enough to kick it and then knocks it with the back of his foot, resulting in an easy recovery!
It's a genius move!

Those are Marvin's words from the presser this morning. It's easy to sense that he has a new attitude this season. He's looking for things to fix, ways to improve. We won? Great? We've got another game next week. Were not going to win these games if we don't get better. Happy we won today, but we didn't play all that well. We have things to improve on.
I think the team's responding as well. No more happy just to be winning just because we'd been losing for so long..

Bernard got the carries in the second half after Hill fumbled the second time and did ok, but how will it be from here on out?
Will Hill still get the majority of the carries but just have a short leash, or will Bernard take over with Hill being his reliever, or will Hill just be benched completely for the time being?
The one fumble was just mishandling a pitch, which I really don't see as too big of an issue, but he definitely needs to hold the ball tighter with the other one.
How will the running back roles be going forward?
Do we need to give him a ball at all times to hold onto and have people trying to knock it out like this clip in The Program?
