Cuts worth a look

Probably not, as he would be due $2.83M this season. That is pretty high for your 3rd RB. If he's released, he's free to negotiate with any team.

Volson is meh, but I like him, and he has far exceeded my expectations

We also need to be looking at DE and DT. I would love a great pass rusher for 3rd down and long. Hubbard, Trey, Ossai and one more proven vet. Ilike the kid from Mississippi, just not sure he is ready to contribute in year one and hopefully we can get him to the PS.

If Bilichek was still with NE I could easily see us going against Mike White week 1.

I was a huge fan of Ronnie Harrison coming out and usually do pretty good w/ DBs, but I blew that 1

Tre Flowers is available, our D was better w/ him

Joshua Kelly is a big RB w/ a nose for the End Zone. His senior year in college he was #2 in the PAC-12 for rushing TDs. Guess who was #1.

I like Kelly and Hunt as other RB options other than Perine.
Sounds like there are a lot better options out there than Williams.

Tre could be good for depth if there is room in the secondary.

Desmond Ridder just released by AZ....  bring him back to Cincy?

Wouldn't mention him if he wasn't from UC

Bring Back Perine...He fits our system and Coach Taylor and Duke Tobin always liked this player.  Being cut by Denver, Bengals could get him cheap.  He would add to Moss and Brown and make a good stable of running backs.  Every team has a system. just because he didn't fit into Denver, he always fit into Cincinnati.  He knows the playbook, the quarterback, and Coach Taylor and Tobin always thought highly of him.

Raymond Johnson & Max Sharping would make for a nice reunion in the Nati(at least on the practice squad).

Jessie Bates left the Bengals and that makes me sad!

I like him better than Woodside after his last couple poor games. I would bring back Will Grier.

We need a thumper RB, an End and a Nose Tackle IMO.

Was Will Grier the one so many of us got upset we allowed to be poached off the practice squad rather than keeping him and letting Browning go? Got to be a lesson there somewhere.

The lesson learned was by Grier. He was days away from being a number 2 QB, on the active roster, and having a legit shot at competing with Browning to start and be QB1 for a team in the hunt (given no one knew what they had in Browning until he actually started, you'd think it would have been a legit competition).

But he wasn't patient and gambled and got nothing out of leaving...

Bengals like Clemson guys and the Commanders released DE KJ Henry. Depending on what they ultimately do with Myles Murphy Henry would be a decent guy to have at reserve LDE for 4 weeks.

Carl Lawson cut by Dallas. Wonder if he has anything left? Letting him walk and signing Hendrickson one of FO's better moves.

For those of us still gagging over Carman, it could have been worse. Alex Leatherwood was cut by the Chargers. Raiders took him in the first round the same draft that saw Cincy take Carman in the 2nd.

I’m looking for NTs, RBs and defensive lineman and maybe even backup tackles

Were good everywhere else starters and depth wise

I’d actually rather have him than a 5th TE even if that TE is Hudson or Tanner Mac

I think you can book a visit from Perine and Lawson

Those moves are too obvious and both guys would likely get some play time mainly Lawson who would probably be 1st edge rusher off the bench

He can’t possibly expect to start for anyone right now

But Cedric Johnson coming on may make us confident enough to pass up on Lawson so idk

I'm probably a terrible judge for OL talent, as not only did I like Carman in the draft, I also liked Leatherwood  Ninja
Zac Taylor 2019-2020: 6 total wins
Zac Taylor 2021-2022: Double-digit wins each season, plus 5 postseason wins

I'm not sure Lawson has anything left. I doubt he's the player he was before he left Cincy. Those injuries likely hampered his biggest strength (his athleticism).

Leatherwood sounds like a good football name. It's tough to fault you there.
