It wouldn't shock me.

There are no happy endings in Cincinnati.

Well, overall I think the new contract is 5 years $150 million. It's just that he was due $18 million this year, so effectively they added a 4 year $132 million to this year.

"The Seattle Seahawks are trading wide receiver DK Metcalf to the Pittsburgh Steelers, who are signing the two-time Pro Bowler to a five-year, $150 million contract, sources told ESPN's Adam Schefter."

Well according to cincyjungle we're interested in Morgan Moses ??? WHAT???

On the other hand, the money and the second rounder in return might make getting something significant for Trey a little less unlikely.

Got a kick out of the term "the family," instead of the organization or front office. Think I'll use that from now on.

I've used it interchangeably with the terms you mentioned for as long as I can remember.

Makes me wonder is something is wrong with OBJ that they don't see as fixable in the sort-term.  Yikes.

Also makes me wonder if they are so stupid and stubborn that they would rather play an aging (but pretty good) RT to play guard.  Double Yikes.

I would guess they are looking at Moses for the starting RG position while giving the team flexibility to move him to RT if Mims were to get injured.  The Bengals value flexibility on the offensive line and having Moses play RG while having the ability to play RT is appealing.  If the Bengals just wanted a RG, Zeitler would be a better choice for an older offensive lineman.

I would rather pay Davante Adams 23 million a year + get a 2nd round draft pick by trading Tee vs paying Tee 30 million dollars being hurt a lot of the time and getting no draft picks.

He was the one FA WR, where you could bank on similar, or better, production over the next two years. Plus an asset, or two.

Three major players to deal with and they haven’t done a thing with any of them. I think they are completely overwhelmed and I’m starting to feel they sign Chase, let Tee play on the tag and let Trey finish his final year.
You can go to live in France, but you cannot become a Frenchman. You can go to live in Germany or Turkey or Japan, but you cannot become a German, a Turk, or a Japanese. But anyone, from any corner of the Earth, can come to live in America and become an American

It’s already a disaster. Today has been coffin nails. Any hope these deals would get done are over. Todays deals were that devastating.
