Pratt requests trade

I won't be mad if he leaves or if he stays. Pratt is a good linebacker. His biggest problem is trying to rip the ball out, which is great when it works. But when it doesn't work, he gets carried 2 or 3 yards. Hopefully Golden will put an end to that. I'm sure he will dial him back to a 2 down linebacker.

Meh, all that really means is that him and the defense were on the field A LOT last season. Plus Logan Wilson was out. He's probably not even sniffing top ten in tackles if Wilson is healthy.

It was bad.

He bulked up and sucks in coverage. 3rd down liability vs the pass. Still a good LB vs the run.

The tackles stat can be misleading. Remember it still counts as a tackle even if it’s 11 yards downfield.
Pratt just looked slower last year and not as athletic. Maybe he’d look better with Wilson out there but I think he is replaceable for sure. I can’t hate on him too much because I will never forget that pick to ice their 1st playoff win in forever.

Pratt was always replaceable(even Wilson believe it or not) Bates was the guy who needed to be re-signed It's because you are of such profound wisdom, Frank Booth. - SunsetBengal |
