You want to be the first to sign your guys, not the last after everyone's contract has risen. Guess what is going to happen from this point on? Contracts are going to rise. Get these guys signed now or be prepared to pay even more by waiting.

They really are looking dumber by the minute.
You can go to live in France, but you cannot become a Frenchman. You can go to live in Germany or Turkey or Japan, but you cannot become a German, a Turk, or a Japanese. But anyone, from any corner of the Earth, can come to live in America and become an American

Yes, his trade value continues to climb.
I have no problem trading Tee for a 1st and 3rd round pick. Add 26 million ro 2024 cap and no huge cap hits in 2026 and beyond.Invest the money and draft picks into a guard and on defensive side of the ball. ![]() Please use 2025 free agency to fix the trenches, not the draft!!!!!!!!

Celebrate this to take a shot at the FO if you want. All it means is any hope for anyone other than Chase getting an extension is over.

If deals were agreed to in principle, prior to today, I’m not sure a whole lot would actually change… maybe Tee. Trey isn’t Garrett, and people know that. His price tag is still 30-33m/year.
Chase isn’t going to not sign due to $4m over 4 years, knowing the bengals can still tag him 2 years. Higgins maybe would bet on the tag and entering real free agency. ![]()

I don’t think Hendrickson, Higgins, or Chase will be on the Bengals’ roster in 2025. I want to be wrong! ![]() ![]()

I want to be wrong! I was too young for the Cincinnati Royals, but since we don't have a basketball team i grew up a big Lakers fan due to Magic Johnson. We have our new Magic in Luka, and if the Bengals trade Chase they'll find a way to have a worse month than the Dallas Mavs just had. Nothing done in the 90s would top the Brown family rebuilding and expecting Joe Cool to stay cool.

The model only works with great drafting and coaching.

Not sure why we bitching at Bengals on Trey, we have signed him in 2023, have him this coming season, and from accounts offered 30 to 32.. no way will Higgins ever get 30 plus with Xhase contract coming.

They'll draft someone who just murdered his girlfriend instead this time.. LOL
