They're Done!!! Our long wait is over

Racing? Just because they were making them Sound fast, doesn’t mean they were driving fast. I probably went a higher rate of speed yesterday going 84 than they got to.

Was it a little silly? Sure, but in no way was this street racing.

This line of thinking that seemingly everyone spouts is complete hogwash. Yeah, you might sign them cheaper, but as soon as the next big deal is signed the players want to renegotiate their deals. Look at Trey Hendrickson. He was signed for what was a big contract. Then with 2 years left, he wants to re-negotiate because other DE's are making more. And now this year, with one year left, he wants to be traded. The league does not make players honor their contracts. SO you might sign a player like Chase or Higgins cheaper initially, but they are just going to want to renegotiate as soon as someone else is making more than them.

On the guesstimate from our other poster of 78 in a 40, so yeah racing. I’ve gone faster on and off a track, doesn’t make it right lol

I do think even 90 in a 65 is a lot different than 78 in a 40.

Cant say I completely disagree because it certainly does happen but not everyone pulls a Trey Hendrickson on their contract.

I think Trey's agent is a dumbass. He asked for an extension for Trey when he could not be extended and now has Trey test the trade waters
where he won't get any more than what the Bengals offered. Nor would the Bengals trade him for anything another team would offer for him.
