Bart Scott puts a "bounty" on Joe Burrow

I don't think any of the Ravens players feel like that....Harbaugh was a little miffed, that's all I heard. Then there's this clown.....he really should be fired over that. That's some straight up bullshit.

That would be the greatest show of karma ever lol

Former player loses his head over his team getting beat down and runs his mouth thinking he’s tough and supporting his team… nfl starts a bountygate investigation into ravens based on his comments. They lose coaches/GM. Lose a few first round draft picks and he single-handedly sets the franchise back a decade while making it nice and easy for Burrow to whoop their ass for the next decade

No doubt, should be unemployed already. That's not football, that's not sportsmanship, that's not reporting. That's some straight thugs life crap.

After Bynes played here last year, I doubt he'd allow that either.
Wow that’s unbelievable. Filth.

Most of Bart Scott's career was pre Bountygate... I think more has changed than he knows or has let on. The Saints got royally ****** when they were caught doing that. Dude wrapped it up with Baltimore in like 08... A lot has changed since then.

Having said that... Nick Bosa for sure tried to bounce Baker's head off the turf. I don't know if Ohio State red dotted him or what.
I'm gonna break every record they've got. I'm tellin' you right now. I don't know how I'm gonna do it, but it's goin' to get done.

Red dot, is a thing now, isn't it?

The way #99 threw Mixon down makes me wonder now..

This was was just flat out unreal hearing the toxic mess coming out of this guys incoherent mouth. I mean Riddick was definitely wanting to cut him off and I wish he would have been more aggressive that way. As for CTE? yea maybe, I dont really care but bottom line something needs to be done to this guy that sends a message across the NFL.

My cringe muscle was tearing watching Louis Riddick try to stop Bart. You could tell he was embarrassed for Bart.

Honestly the stuff Bart and Ravens fans are talking is just throwing gasoline on Burrow competitive fire.
Classless

What a Dirty organization.

Can you imagine if Burfict said this about the Rat Turds while on the team.

Our entire franchise would have been shut down.

I'll try to find it and link it once I'm not on my phone, but Bart Scott literally said Burrow would regret what he did and that the "order" has already been sent. Couldn't make out what he called it as everyone else was laughing at him.

That being said after the Carson situation, this just isn't cool for a media guy to talk about wanting his former team to take a guy out.

A friend sent me the link to his rant.  I, too, thought it was classless and moronic.

It doesn't matter who delivered that message, whether it was a former player or some other "analyst".  ALL those guys on GET UP and that kind of show put the ANAL in ANALYST.

Those shows try to appeal to the lowest common denominator:  folks who just live for conflict.  It is like "The View", but for 20-something men.

The truth is, I think Scott and others see the future and it is going to be a very tough road for Baltimore against Burrow and company for years to come.

Burrow gets bashed for losing to the Jets even though it was the D that cost that game. Burrow lost to jets so he’s no good but Herbert is great when he just lost to the Texans?

Burrow will regret this? He shouldn’t have poked the bear? What did the ravens DC do before the game? He was the one who shouldn’t have poked the bear.

Bengals crushed the ravens replacement team? Yeah that’s true but a month or two before this game the ravens were healthy and got beat EVEN WORSE! Maybe this was Joe/Zac taking it easy on them.

Did we actually score any points we didn’t need to? If we don’t score the last time it’s a 2 possession game and their offense had been moving some. Plus they just nearly had a huge comeback the week before. They were down 2 scores with the whole 4th qtr to play.

Talk about running up the score on backups? Look at the Ravens 38-3 win over the Burrowless/Mixonless bengals at the end of last year.

And Wink Martindouche was ZERO blitzing Burrow on eight straight plays on that final drive where the Bengals got that FG to avoid the shut out that got him all butt hurt.

It is EXACTLY like the whining and crying we saw from pitt about Burfict being a dirty player after decades of cheap shots from their organization.  The bully got punched in the nose and didn't like the taste of his own blood.

It appears he is an ESPN Talking Head

Second, Where the Heck is The NFL on This ???

If you can't even point a finger at a guy because that is now Taunting.  BOUNTY ???  Really, a BOUNTY to injure Joe Burrow.  Bart Scott is going to pay a BOUNTY to whoever injures Joe Burrow.  Where in the Heck is The NFL Comish and League on THIS.  Why is Mike Brown and Family not raising hell with the NFL over THIS.

From Mike Brown up to The NFL Headquarters to ESPN ownership, this Bart Scott should be Fired.  Actually, putting a Bounty on somebody, he should be arrested.  If I would pay somebody to injure somebody, then I'm guilty of a Crime right then and there.

This is not some Sports Funny, Ha, Ha.  Anything Goes, It's All Good.....NO.   Bart Scott should be arrested.  Mike Brown & Family and The NFL should be all over ESPN and Bart Scott.   If they are NOT, then please don't have the NFL say that they care so much about the Players Safety.  Don't have a Taunting Rule and then let people put BOUNTIES on players.

This is no Joke.   Some of you will think everything in life is a joke, especially the kids on here.  This is no Joke, in fact paying somebody to kill or injure somebody is a Felony. Right now Bart Scott is guilty of a Felony.

IF the NFL really means it when they say they are trying to cut back on all the injuries to players,  then The NFL can not allow such things as Bounties To Injure a Player, especially a Franchise Quarterback Player.  Here is where we find out if The NFL is for players safety or not.  IF the NFL allows Bounties, then all the other rules to avoid injuries are total Bull.

Excellent post.  I would love to see Scott have a tail between his legs apology and bury all that false brovado...until the next segment of that lame ass show where they yell and scream about something else.

The NFL is all about dollars and people are talking about the NFL when we are talking about this rant.  I bet the program director from ESPN will give him a big fat bonus because a lot of people are playing that clip.

You are dead on, though.  The NFL should let them know their league will not be represented that way by any show.

As usual, if this were Tom Brady with the "red dot", they would have probably escorted Scott out the door already.

Maybe this can work for them, too.

Disney could open a "GET UP" ride in their main theme park.  You get to hold a football dummy's arms while you tackle it and see how hard you can bounce the head off the turf.  There could be an internal impact-measuring device and if you completely scramble the dummy's brains, you win a prize.

Next, you move to the "red dot" station, where you aim a laser pointer on a specific part of the football dummy's anatomy and it receives a round of painted ammunition.

For even more fun, the kids get to have their picture on Bart Scott's lap, holding up gang signs and instead of saying "cheese" for the picture, they can say "KILLAS!".

Good, wholesome, family fun.
