Matt johnson , alex erickson and alonzo russel seem the best of what we got.

Matt johnson was a very good college qb made a ton of plays. Cant wait to see how he looks in preseason.

Alex erickson has a lot of julian edleman in his game.

Alonzo russel has similar size/speed of aj green. He has a chance to make roster. I read he had some issues with coaching staff at toledo. Hopefully he is coachable and we can develop him into a good player.

Scratch him off now, under investigation for homicide.

I know darn it!

It just shows that certain teams are desirable destinations, and compared to most of the playoff teams we're just not one of them.

Of course he doesn't really fit out profile...

Here is the latest list from
http://www.nepatriotsdraft.com/2016-nfl-undrafted-free-agents

Matt Johnson QB Bowling Green
Alonzo Russell WR Toledo
Alex Erickson WR Wisconsin
Darius Hillary DB Wisconsin
Antwane Grant WR Nassau
Dy’Shawn Mobley, RB, EKU
David Dean DT Virginia
Antwane Grant WR Western Kentucky
Antonio Longino OLB Arizona State
Alex Redmond G UCLA
David Dean DT Virginia
Trevon Coley DT Florida Atlantic
Aaron Epps OT Louisville
Tre Carson RB Texas A&M
Gionni Paul LB Utah (Tryout)
Silverberry Mouhon DE Cincinnati (Tryout)

If these guys were "signed" as UDFA by the Bengals, why aren't they listed on the Bengals roster. Why don't their signings show up in the transaction list.

From this list I like Carson, Grant, Russell, and Johnson. I did like Longino but that appears to be over now.

The Bengals usually don't announce UDFA (or tryout) signings until they pass the physical and sign the contract. Should be an official announcement this morning.

Matt Johnson is a beast and will likely be the 3rd QB. He and DT Dean will end up on PS. Dean is pretty good.

I've watched Mobley about every home game he's ever played at EKU, not a bad player, may surprise some folks.

You have to believe Matt Johnson will be the favorite for the #3 QB job. Hobs even said that Johnson was our #1 undrafted target.

"set state single-season rushing records with 3,068 yards and 48 touchdowns as high school senior"

3000 rushing yards and 48 TDs in a high school season. That is F'n nuts. I was thinking that was a typo.

Yeah....kid started out at UK, then transferred. He had a good season as a reserve against SEC competition his lone season with any real playing time there. I don't remember the reason he transferred, but he is a good back, and can catch the ball out of the backfield as well. Played his high school ball in Tennessee, and it isn't a typo.

"Set Tennessee single-season rushing records with 3,068 yards and 48 touchdowns as a senior ... Averaged 12.2 yards per carry ... Led Powell (Tenn.) to a 14-1 record, reaching the state championship game in Class AAAAA ... Named to the all-state "Dream Team," covering all classifications, selected by the Nashville Tennessean ... First-team all-state by The Associated Press ... Career totals feature 5,849 rushing yards, averaging more than 10 yards per carry, and 76 touchdowns ... Three-year all-district choice ... Helped Powell to an 11-1 mark and second round of the state playoffs as a junior ... Also excelled as a linebacker on defense ... Rushed for a record 118 yards in the Tennessee East-West All-Star Game and was named the East Offensive Most Valuable Player ... Coached by Matt Lowe ... Participation on the track team featured the 100- and 200-meter dashes and the 4x100- and 4x200-meter relays ... Honor roll student."

Edit...here's an article I found detailing his transfer:
