“By the way, Ivanka. Everybody loves Ivanka. Sometimes they’ll say, ‘You know, he can’t be that bad a guy’ — look at Ivanka. No, come on up, honey. She’s so good. She wanted to make the trip. She said, ‘Dad, can I go with you?’ She actually said, ‘Daddy, can I go with you?' I like that, right? ‘Daddy, can I go with you?’ I said, ‘Yes, you can.’ ‘Where are you going?’ ‘North Dakota.’”

Combination small vocabulary, inability to articulate a thought and most thoughts being about trying to make himself look good.
Your anger and ego will always reveal your true self.

Which you have made clear to anyone reading this thread. I am sure you can find some beginners videos on YouTube or maybe you should invest in a Coach to help you figure it out.
According to you and your "business," the people who negotiate make the same as the people who don't negotiate.

Dear lord breech I know my existence and words provide you purpose in life but it's time for you to move on to something else. You speak in circles.
Have some self respect man.

If it appears I'm talking in circles it is because I'm quoting your lies.
As usual, when your lies paint you into a corner you turn to your usual insults. But, you never stoop to personal insults, right? LOL

Why's that creepy?
I like when my daughters call me 'Daddy', too. I wish they were still my little girls (my oldest is turning 17 this week) and would stay my little girls forever. So, when they call me 'Daddy' instead of 'Father' or 'Dad', it makes them seem just a tad bit younger and I get flashbacks to when they were little girls.

Have you ever said you'd date your daughters, that they were "hot", told your buddies on the radio that they can call her "a piece of ass", talked about their breasts with your friends on the radio, or called them "voluptuous"?
Because in that context, it's creepy as ****. In the context of you never saying that and just saying "I miss when they were kids", it's normal.

Or if she wasn't his daughter he might date her.

According to you, you could have just negotiated a better deal. So why didn't you take your own advice?

Because I was at the mercy of a union negotiated contract. I was stuck being underpaid to compensate for inferior teachers
I did take my own advice. I started my own business.

That didn't prevent you from negotiating your own deal.
There is another teacher on here who did negotiate separately.

Not in the district that I was working.

Oh, well then it's just a simple case of asking for more. Like young Oliver Twist.
Except your employees; according to you those who ask for more get the same rate as those who don't ask for more.

In all seriousness, this is what (traditionally) the argument between conservatism and liberalism is all about. A more liberal attitude is to benefit the whole of society, a conservative one is more about the individual benefiting themselves.

And individually he has as much bargaining leverage as his alleged new hires who all receive the same rate despite negotiating for more.

Actually classic liberalism is conservative In this scenario. Classic liberals are not for the collective. They just want to be left alone.
The new liberal is socialist and that's all about the collective.
I don't mind being on the individual end of this debate. I know you are on the collective end which is fine and why these boards are fun.
