Ah, kind of figured. Hodges didn't even mention him being one of his Linebackers this Offseason.
Thanks for the Kelce strip and the big interception Germaine. Too bad you forgot how to tackle my man. ![]() ![]()

Finally.
Now give his money to Trey and let's wrap this off season up.

There was more than enough cap space. But you never know what this team has in terms of cash. Maybe this, along with the cuts to Moss' and Stone's salaries give the Bengals enough physical cash to hand to Hendrickson. Because that's the only reason not to just give him what he's asking for at this point.

Really felt like this was inevitable, so I would have preferred it to happen a couple months ago where he had a better chance at getting a starting job elsewhere (it's nice to treat your guys right even if they're no longer your guys, word gets around about reputation) and also that cap space could have been used during FA to improve the 2025 team.

And then there was 1 on defense that knew how to win a big game (we need at least 4 to get to a SB....). 2 if you count Hill.

Weird they waited this long.
Like if they knew they were gonna, they could have just designated him a post-June 1st cut and let him go back last month. Hoping the freed up cap results in adding another player and/or actually getting a Hendrickson extension done. If it's just to roll the extra cap to next year, that would be disappointing.
Zac Taylor 2019-2020: 6 total wins
Zac Taylor 2021-2022: Double-digit wins each season, plus 5 postseason wins Zac Taylor 2023: 9 wins despite losing Burrow half the season Zac Taylor 2024: Started 1-4. Ended 9-8 but barely missed playoffs Changes needed to do better in Sept/Oct moving forward. Sorry for Party Rocking! ![]()

Feels like they waited it out for a trade possibility until post June 1st. ![]()

For those who say the Bengals are mean, this early prior to TC cut of Pratt is for he can find a new home easier.
Me personally, I would have waited to get through TC to insure the rookies are ready right now or our LB core is healthy heading into the season. Nice of Bengals to do it now. ![]() Please use 2025 free agency to fix the trenches, not the draft!!!!!!!!

Every bit helps and Pratt was overpaid for what he brings. (11 hours ago)ochocincos Wrote: Weird they waited this long. Not weird at all, there are outs for waiting till June to cut certain players. Pratt was paid pennies for a LB with his game changing ability. 5.25m is a great contract for a starting lb. ![]() Quote:"Success doesn’t mean every single move they make is good" ~ Anonymous ![]()

The only game he was changing lately was allowing big runs holding the running back up trying to strip the ball and it was a bad habit the rest of the Defense took up. We need our Linebackers to learn how to take good angles, wrap up and tackle while being able to cover. Pratt brought none of this, game changer? Give me a break. ![]() ![]()
