Line them up and let the best team win. Screw random 30mph wind gusts, rain, snow, etc.
99% of the time ..weather elements do not affect outcomes...and both teams are playing in the same weather...football players , beginning in highschool are used to playing in inclement weather....and so are football fans..........and..in the 150 plus home games that we have attended the past twenty years..not once have we ever heard anyone complain about the weather.....the one and only time I have ever heard of fans complaining..my father and his friends ....I think it was a playoff game in the early 1980s..we beat san diego and the windchill factor was minus 30 degrees

Maybe I missed it, but still waiting for you to quantify with facts your 25% hotel occupancy if Bengals built a high rise casino/hotel by PBS.
Again, you throw out a number you can't quantify. I was in the stands when we played Tennessee the day we got the after effects of a hurricane that passed through Texas days earlier. At halftime they put a tour boat on the Ohio river that almost capsized. The wind was horrid and when I got home roofs were blown off, that was a game in September that we lost. Also at a game against the Pats we won against Brady where a thunderstorm and driving rain hit in the 4th quarter when Brady was trying to drive to take the lead. We won that game, but weather definitely a factor. That is 2 games I thought of off the top of my head.
As for complaining about the weather just because you and your crowd like inclement weather to watch a games, you need to accept why you may be in the majority, it may not be as big a majority as you think. The Bengals sell out because they have maybe the best QB and WR in the NFL. I think back to our bad years and I owned 4 tickets. I could not give them away in December when we were out of the playoffs for a 40 degree dry game. 40 on th river is like 25 degrees.
Maybe try to refrain from pulling numbers out of your rear to support your arguments in the future, you seem to do it often.

We can both offer subjective opinion but the fact remains the same..The Bengals will be playing @Paycor for at least another 11 years.....when the bengals are comptetive and playing well they sell out or near sellout regardless of weather as do most competitive teams in open air stadiums..obviously the majority of fans could care less sbout the weather conditions

We are missing out on nothing..we can and have hosted gigantic concerts like taylor swift...etc... and the city is spending close to 300million to renovate the Convention Center.... We have a newly renovated fifth third arena @ UC.. and Cintas Center @ Xavier is exceptional.........regardless..we are not even close to being remotely assured of hosting a Superbowl or NCAA final four even with a domed park...they have spent millions of bucks Paycor upgrading concessions, wi fi , soundsystem, field etc along with many improvements for the players such as a new locker and training rooms....you dont demolish a perfectly fine stadium and waste over 2 billion building a new one...at this time..regardless the deal is done and the bengals are playing at Paycor for at keast the next decade

Lucas Oil just hosted these events over the past few months:
Royal Rumble
Billy Joel and Sting
NFL Scouting Combine
Monster Jam (which was sold out, I went to it)
March Madness Regionals
DCI World Championships
Morgan Wallen (who didn't come to Cincy)
George Straight (who didn't come to Cincy)
Pink (who didn't come to Cincy)
All while PBS just...sat there.

We do have one guarantee, if we don't do a dome or retractible roof in 10 or 11 years, we will never get a Super Bowl, a final four or a lot of concerts.
Stay the course and nada.

I went to that one.

you do know Pink played here in 2023 and Monster Jam has come in cincy a few times, most of those events could be playing here if we had a new arena for a fraction of a dome.. win win situation...

Rather than blame the aforementioned on a facility...you might want to contact the cincinnati chamber of conference and planning commission and have them do a better job..of course certain oerformers have personal location oreferences...dude I dont know why you continue to beat a dead horse..we are not getting a new stadium anytime in the near future

As a taxpayer, I want a dome.
Everything in this post is my fault.
