Transgender Sports- A Tough Question

Yup.

Let one person be transgendered and, eventually, they'll screw up sports. SPORTS! DO YOU UNDERSTAND SEVERITY OF THE IMPLICATIONS!?!

Today it's kids getting scholarships (regardless of the fact it's a lot harder to get a doctor to sign off on hormones, become an athlete and get accepted to a college team that's willing to pay you a a couple thousand, as opposed to just getting a merit scholarship), and tomorrow every guy in the NFL will be a woman.

Or... something.

I think it's more like thinking every man who can't cut it in the NFL is going to put on a bra and panties and go dominate the lingerie league.  I fully expect Armon Binns and Dan LeFevoroux to be tearing up the lingerie league after they get cut this year.

ARMON: Gee, now that I've been cut from yet another practice squad I suddenly identify as a woman!
USA POPULACE: Oh noes! Thanks to teh law we can not stop him! NOOOOOOO lingerie NFL is all men in pantyhose now!!!!

You wrote no one can tell. But, before that you wrote you could tell. Therefore, you can tell.

That would have been infinitely better,  but I'm desperate to entertain myself.

Wait.... that didn't sound good.

Fixed you ridiculous claim.

It would be reasonable to think that many poor kids will become criminal to get ahead.

Not given Lucy's way of thinking.

There are plenty of shady doctors. Getting a doctor to sign off is the easy part.

Let's not even get into what parents do to be on the right AAU team.

You are talking about reasonable parents doing highlight reels to get exposure.   I am talking about the vast majority of the AAU culture.  The big time AAU culture where a sponsorship from adidas matters.     And these neighborhood brokers are the gate keepers to recruiting.    It's a completely different world than the things you are talking about.    These parents don't concern themselves with academic pursuits or scholarships.   To them the only sure thing is athletics.

So these parents who don't give a shit about academics or scholarships are going to force their sons to undergo hormone replacement therapy while going through puberty which could result in life long medical and psychological problems in addition to being subjected to the social stigma by people like yourself so they can get a 100K scholarship to pursue academic pursuits which you claim they aren't interested in anyway?  In other words, their ultimate goal is something they don't give a shit about. That's really stupid, but doesn't even crack you Top 10 of Stupid.

The culture has done everything to make girls less girly.   So there isn't going to a scenario where boys will have to dress up.   Like your ladybug example.

A "tom boy" is a girl dressed like a boy, right? A boy dressed like a tom boy is a boy dressed like a boy. OMG THEY'VE CRACKED YOUR CODE!!!!!!

This culture has done everything to make girls less girly except get rid of the sports you won't allow your girls to play because they aren't girly enough.

Look up the dark side of the AAU culture.    It's not fear mongering.

When you have nothing how can you afford the hormone replacement therapy?

Why would they buy medications they can't afford to get scholarships they don't care about to pursue academics they don't give a shit about anyway?

I imagine everyone's exasperation will only exacerbate the problem, also.

I don't have time to explain high school atheltics and AAU Corruption. Then show you have they connect for the worst of the worst: Look it up yourself so you can at least stop making uninformed comments showing your ignorance.

Serious question, WTF is AAU?

Edit: Never mind, looked it up.

Edit again: I did a quick search to see if I could find anything related to the corruption/cheating that is being described here and I can find no evidence of this being so rampant. I may be searching the wrong terms. I did an internet search and a search among academic sources.

You seem to know a lot about this scourge on sports. Did Daddy find a shady doctor to give you estrogen he was too poor to afford to get a 100K scholarship and PE degree you aren't using and Daddy didn't care about because there is so much money to be made in high school girls athletics?

If getting a shady doctor is the easy part, what was the hard part for you?  The shrinking testicles?  The breast development?  The Brazilian wax?  The anal bleaching?  Finding a comfortable and sensible pair of heels to match your purse that didn't clash with your eyes that you could wear while running your 40?

You have literally posted more than anyone else here. You've got nothing but the time to explain high school athletics and AAU corruption.

And this is worse than European immigration and radical Islam?

There is a lot of money to be made in prostitution and porn. Did your parents force you into that, too?

Because I thought your picture looked familiar.  We worked together on Mr. Trans Goes to Washington.  My porn name was Weapons of Mass Destruction. Remember?

Amateur Athletic Union.

Lucie saw it had "union" in the title and assumed they must be corrupt.

LOL

Seriously, the only problem I've ever heard about the AAU is the same problem with most non- or not-for-profits: they make a lot of profit. Tens of millions from entry fees, tournament sponsorships, tournament fees, etc. And some people grumble because they pay $100 or $200 to register their kid for softball, then hear the guy running it makes $1 million in salary, plus perks.

That's why I find it funny when people who want less oversight complain about groups like the AAU, saying they have no oversight.

Anyway, back to all those kids taking hormones so they can rack up $700 worth of girls soccer scholarships or $1,200 for women's basketball.

Aren't libertarians all about personal liberty?  Unless they don't like you exercising your liberty then they want the govt to step in and take your liberty away?  Or is that just someone pretending to be one more thing he isn't?

I just searched AAU corruption street agents and loads popped up. There have been some great I depth investigative reporting done on this topic.
