Despite the cosmetic changes with the stadium and ring of owner, the Brown family are still greedy. They don’t care about winning. My hope was the changes to the organization would manifest itself into a perennial winning team. They had money left over in the cap to use for Bell or Perrine but too cheap to pay their worth. They still have the smallest scouting staff and front office. It is mind numbing how inept the Brown family is since they cannot get it right. There is no excuse not able to win when your franchise QB goes down considering the claims of a cultural change. Nothing has changed! We still cheer for a team owned by a family who don’t want to do the things that other winning organizations do to win. Don’t tell me they own a small market team and can’t. I will tell all of you to look at Pissburgh and they always have a winning team. This is miserable as a fan. Nothing has changed, the past two years was an aberration

So I watch A LOT of football...college and pro.
Rarely do I see QBs see the rush coming and hold onto it as long as Browning does. He'd actually try to evade it, bur he's too slow.
There were 2 times where he saw a defender running at him from 15 yards or so away and got sacked.
Throw it away. Do anything...but take a sack.

It's amazing how awful Zac, Brian and Lou look when they don't have elite talent. Bates and Bell carried Lou and Burrow carried Zac and Brian. Unfortunately the Bengals are probably stuck with these bozos for years to come...

Backup QB (barely any experience) - check
Late November game with iffy weather - check
Going against below average Pitt rush defense - check

.
Rush it for 8 times (for 16 yards) - check check check.
I put this loss on Taylor and company. Browning is what he is right now. Defense was out there 37 minutes to the offense's 23 minutes, and did enough for a win. But to utilize the run game like they did is about as bad as I have seen. At this point, I am pretty much in the camp that the entire offensive coaching staff needs a big shakeup.

Which player will step up and put the team on their shoulders?
Joe Mixon? a great game from a team captain could make the difference
Tyler Boyd? the most senior Bengal who has uncharacteristically been dropping passes this year. Jake needs sure hands
Ted Karras? team captain and acknowledged offensive line leader...will he get this group on the same page
Will it be someone on the defense who does more than expected?

I'm blessed to have the opportunity to return to The Jungle again on Sunday.
I'm hoping to bring Browning a little luck.
I have a feeling the D steps up (although struggling a bit against the run), and Yoshi, Hudson, and Mixon have good days.
