I feel the majority of fans feel that the Bengals had a really good draft that has improved the team for now as well as for the future. To compliment that draft the Bengals are 1 of 3 teams that already have everyone of their draft picks signed and wrapped up. I can remember so many years that we as fans were clamoring for the front office to get things rolling and get these rookies in house and it just seemed to drag on most of the way thru camp. I would like to offer kudos to this new attitude front office that are attacking the issues of the day with real urgency!

Always having a home game on a holiday weekend. It has worked for decades for the Lions and Cowboys
https://profootballtalk.nbcsports.com/2023/05/12/bengals-wanted-to-be-permanent-hosts-of-black-friday-game/
When the NFL decided to start playing games on Black Friday, the Bengals saw an opportunity to put themselves at the center of a new tradition.
NFL VP of Broadcast Planning Mike North said today that the Bengals offered to host the Black Friday game every year, giving themselves a permanent spot on the holiday calendar like the Lions and Cowboys have as the permanent hosts on Thanksgiving.
The league, however, decided to make the first Black Friday game the Jets against the Dolphins, taking advantage of the opportunity to show Aaron Rodgers, now playing in the nation’s biggest metropolitan area, against a division rival. There’s been no indication that the league plans to make any one team the permanent host of the Black Friday game.
Still, the Bengals raising their hands may be considered down the line, as the league is still feeling out how to make Thanksgiving weekend even bigger, and adding a new tradition on the day after Thanksgiving.

Preseason Approach |

Thoughts on if the preseason approach should change given the back to back AFCN games to start the season?
Zac has earned the benefit of the doubt and granted some grace in his slow start, and if it means they are as strong as they've been in December/January then maybe it shouldn't be fixed (not broke).
However if the goals are to get the 1 seed, and the risk is going 0-2 in the Division (again), are we hoping his preseason approach works, or are we wanting to start fast?

Are we the AFC’s only chance of having the AFCG outside of Kansas City? |

I’m looking at the other teams and i just have no faith any of them can win enough games. I think we are the AFCs only hope of having home field advantage over Mahommes’s Chiefs.
You guys think another AFC team can win around 13-14 games this year? Bills, Bengals and Ravens are my only teams right now i think even have the roster to compete at that level.
