Like classic Marvin Lewis, they blow a significant half time lead and look like a completely different team in the second half. AJ Green disappeared. Defense disappeared.
One and done again

What's the point?
What's the point of those that damn the season after tonight? Flip to FX instead of posting, they're playing that terrible 2012 movie. Others need to stop worrying about the media, they beat Denver at night last season in what some thought was a statement game and still lost in the 1st round. Let the media spin all they want how bad a one and done with a bye would be or how a first round win as a wild card doesn't matter because they choked on the bye, ect...what's the point? The point is you're a fan. If you're reading this, you've been patient enough with this team and board situation that you haven't given up. So what is a loss in Denver with a young QB? McCarron got smacked in the mouth, Hue will make adjustments and the line will play with a chip on their shoulder when they get that playoff game. The bye is still possible, but the point is to win the Super Bowl. Maybe Andy plays and they rally around him, maybe McCarron does and they rally around him. At this point, I'm wondering what the point even is to responding to the ones that want to claim "first" to declare the season over. Do you win something for that? There is still hope, and all that is going to really matter is how they play in that 1st playoff game and then beyond.

According to reports on Twitter...McCarron injured his left wrist on the last play. Says that the severity is not known and that it will be examined tomorrow..."Hopefully it won't keep me out next week".

Crazy playoff possibility |

So I was on the playoff simulator, just messing around with the games and I noticed something a little odd that I don't have time to delve into.
But, if Tampa Bay beats Carolina next week, and we beat the Ravens and the Broncos beat the Chargers, for some reason, the simulator puts the Bengals as the 2nd seed.
Also, if the Panthers do end up winning that game, but the Texans win against the Jaguars, the Titans beat the Colts and the Rams beat the 49ers, the Bengals also get the 2nd seed.
Is the program glitching out, or are there some weird, bizarre, nonsensical head to heads that I don't understand?
Because, I thought head to head was the #1 tiebreaker in playoff seeding, but the program indicates something else could affect the seeding, even if both teams end 12-4.
The more I think about it, the more likely I think it has to be a glitch, but it's kind of interesting.

I know, I know, the Bengals blew it...play calling...offense stunk...defense stunk...special teams stunk and whatever else stunk.
Anyway, the Bengals went conservative in the second half because of that thin air, the Offense was on the field so much in the first half, they wore themselves out, lol. They had to go conservative but in a game like this, with as much on the line as was on the line, you have to ask your players to step up, be big boys and dig deep to get this win.
After watching tonight, I think the Bengals can get that ever elusive first playoff win with McCarron. After that, let's hope Dalton is back and he can carry this team to the AFC Championship game and beyond.
I do believe if Dalton didn't get hurt against Pittsburgh, the Bengals would have won that game and I believe if Dalton was playing in this game, the Bengals would have won easily...without a doubt I believe that.
This is the Bengals year my fellow Bengals Fans...
WHO-DEY!!!
